Freelance journalists, who are self-employed, have no contractual relationships and are not in any other way committed to a particular employer, shall themselves duly sign the document. The request form must specify the date of application, type of the media organisation. Topics for publications and/or reports, fields of activity, preferred accreditation period as a foreign journalist, andplace of residence.)
